Warbirds Over the Rockies 2006

Notice, the landing gear is not down. This plane flew around while the pilot thought about his options. He decided to do a belly landing, trying to prevent as little damage as possible.

This is the real thing. Spitfire. Notice the four bladed prop. RC planes usually only have a two bladed prop and I've never seen a 4 bladed prop on a flying RC plane.

This is also the real thing. B-17 Bomber. Below are pictures where the B-17 flew directly over the field.

Blow are a series of pictures of an F15 and a Mig jet. Not sure what happened, but the F15 made it down without issue, however, the Mig did not. I did not witness the crash, as the B-17 caught my attention. The last thing I saw was the F15 on the runway, and the smoke from the Mig in the distance.
